I had suffered from enclosing cervical spondylitis from last eight years. I had come for treatment on 11th Feb 2022 at Swasthya Sangopane Yoga Kendra Dombivli & going backtohome on 27th Feb 2022.Initially Shailesh Kuvlekar Sir & Pranita Kuvlekar Madam, they both have explained my importance of life & family. I'm so much frustrated with my neck pain & all body pain & I can't go to job. I had received my 50% pain with their consultation. I had given acupuncture & Yoga treatment along with body massage & basti chikitsa. After eight days I'm feeling much better. And then continuing further treatment, now I'm feeling better with their guidance & all staff cooperation. I thanks to Shailesh Sir, Pranita Madam & all their staff members for their support for positive thinking of life & its importance.

I really Thanks to Pranita Madam and Kuvalekar Sir both are happy souls and having tremendous knowledge of healing with yoga therapy and Accupuncture therapy. Also all the assistant of kendra's are soft spoken and very much co-operative. Once you visit Swasthya Kendra you will definitely feel pure and fresh environment. My mother who's age 78 now completed, joined 3 months back surprisingly I have noticed changes in her day to day activities.she is now more confident and travels alone without anyone support. She increased her walking speed , She lost her weight. Arthopedic doctors recommend us for knee replacement and she was suffered lot of knee pain earlier, now her pain reduced miracaly and it's happen Within 3 months.

Hello my name is Harsha Kulkarni, I was suffering from heel pain. Before joining this class I went to all top doctors for heel pain as it was unbearable and I couldn't touch my heel to floor. I tried lots of pain killers for many months but of no use.Then I came to swastha sangopan kendra very first day my feets were so relaxed and within 4 days I was able to touch the floor and could walk and run as before with accupuncture and yoga treatment.Shailesh sir and pranita madam are so kind and humble and are like your friends where you can share what's going on in your mind and you could find all your answers in communication with them. After getting relief from my heel pain i never went to the doctor and always prefer to visit kendra and consult with them.I have lots of trust on them like I am going through their treatment and I don't need to worry about anything. Initially i came to Swasthya Sangopan Yogchikitsa Kendra in 2018 as a patient to avail treatment for my physical and psychological problems. I had a stiff joints, weak digestion, irregular menstrual cycle(menopausal) and many more complaints. I had a treatment for one month only and miracle happened. My digestion improved dramatically, joints pain disappeared and menstrual cycle becomes regular though I am 54 years of age now.

Hi all....I would like to share my experience about "Swasthya Sangopan Yogchikitsa Kendra".. I had a menstrual problem, One of my friend suggested me to visit the centre so I started the treatment of acupuncture and Sanjeevan Yoga. Mam & sir treated me in many ways even I got immensely benefitted in the treatment of hyper acidity and dealing with negative thinking. Even i had a firm belief that i would never come out from this but under the proper guidance of Sir/Mam I got my problems solved. Later on I did the "Medical Yoga Short Term Course" which is conducted by the Swasthya Sangopan Yogchikitsa Kendra and today I can treat myself, my family & Friends. Now I am enjoying happy married life. l am fully satisfied and I always want to be a part of the centre. Thank you so much...

It is worth doing though we know Yog, this *Medical Yog* course gives a different perspective of life. Any one can do it.
